All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service the same or next day your order is placed. We stock thousands of lamps but, if for any reason we cannot ship immediately we will contact you with the availability date of your product. If you package is damaged in transit please note the damage with UPS and contacts us as soon as possible so we can arrange for replacements and file the claim with UPS. We use 250lb corrugated boxes and protect the light bulbs with Air bags and popcorn so damaged is very rare with us.
If you happen to order the incorrect product or you needs have changed and you would like to return your purchase please call (888) 763-6518 M-F 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time. Net 30 Day Terms
Yes we offer terms. If you are a school, city, state, government agency or any other type of institutional account we can often open your account the same day. Please give us a call if you would like to open an account.
We have a low minimum order of $100. If your order is below $100 there is a small service charge to help defer the cost of the packing material.
